The former Roswell School, a landmark in Colorado Springs' Westside neighborhood, is on track to become a vibrant community arts hub. After sitting vacant for years, the building at 829 West Pikes Peak Avenue is undergoing renovations to transform it into a multi-use space for artists, educators, and community members. The project, spearheaded by a coalition of local arts organizations and supported by city funding, aims to revitalize the historic structure while providing much-needed resources
